Week Eight

Has it really been almost two months since I left? Today officially marks the post holidays beginning of this journey! Also Next Monday is the new year! If you look back over my blogs from before I started traveling you will see that there is one thing I have been pretty consistent about posting! Every Year since I started this blog right after the New Year in 2013 Without fail I have posted a blog about the new year! What the previous year held and what my goals and plans were for the future. I very much plan to uphold that very tradition! I think that the timing of this trip is very important for me. You see as of a few hours ago I rolled into town where I spent a portion of my childhood. I plan to walk down the streets I grew up and haven’t seen in almost 20 years. Not only that but I get to ring in the New Year that would have marked my departure from this place 20 years ago in 1998! Wow! I am also in the process of writing a blog post about my faith in God which I can trace back to my time here in Niceville! The Lord is truly ordering my steps and I couldn’t be happier! I hope you all had a great Christmas! I truly enjoyed spending time with my family and am glad that I chose to start this journey with my family! I look forward to seeing more of my family that I have not yet seen as I continue to travel! Aside from family & friends there was just work which was very busy last week and less so this week due to the holiday and driving! This week will be a lot of work but also a fair amount of visiting a little bit of the past! Blessings and here are a few pictures from my week!
