Time is flying by so quickly! Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I am posting this on Wednesday but I am sure most folks will not see it until tomorrow morning which happens to be Thanksgiving day! I will starting my day watching the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and cooking sweet potatoes in preparation for our late afternoon Thanksgiving Dinner! I am so excited to celebrate this Thanksgiving with my family! My amazing grandparents flew in my mom & brother so it is great to be together with my family for Thanksgiving! It has always been a holiday we enjoy spending together with my family and My mom’s extended family! This week I cooked my Creamy Southwestern Chicken Soup (or Chili) I only called it soup because without the beans it is more like a soup than a chili! I am currently working on writing out the recipe so that I can share it with you guys on my blog! I do plan on writing out some of my personal favorite recipes and sharing them here as thier own posts. Also My grandma and I finished the puzzle we started last week! My mom brought me a gift and I have finally been able to catch a few friends for a meal this week! I have also eaten at a few new places that are going on my Where I Ate… And you should too! Pinterest Board! If you don’t already know this about me I am currently a level 7 Google Guide which means a little… No they don’t pay me money or anything fancy. But as a social media professional I have a passion to ensure that I am using the free tools the internet has given us to work with in the best possible way to promote my business and businesses I love! That is why I started writing reviews and posting pictures. Because I wanted to share my good experiences with everyone else! It is also important to me that the information I find online is correct so I check data and answer questions to help Google ensure that the places I love to go can grow because thier info is correct and making it’s way to your phone when you are looking for good food nearby! One of the main things I have made it a habit to update is just the pictures in some of the places I go as a Photographer I know how important it is for businesses to have a couple good pictures up from it’s location. Especially if there aren’t any up already! I especially love when google tells me there is an opportunity to post photos because that means there is an opportunity for my to get maximum exposure on the photos I post! After posting hundreds of photos as a Google Guide it is so encouraging to know that as of today just my pictures have been viewed 1.8 million times. Google has helped me hone in on what pictures are helpful by which are more viewed in which places. It is really cool to see the statistics which is something Google is really good about! I love being a part of the community and giving back. So this has been a fun and busy week I hope next week will also be fun and exciting to share about! Take care I leave you with some random pictures from throughout my week including an accidental selfie!
